Toshiba has debuted a 3D television that viewers can enjoy without the help of glasses. Curious people waited in line for an hour or more Monday for the chance to see the 3D Regza TV on 12-, 20- and 56-inch screens.
Toshiba’s 3D televisions will go on sale in Japan later this year. The 12-inch version will cost the equivalent of $1,500; the 20-inch will cost $2,900. There’s no plan yet to market the Regza outside Japan.
