Don’t Miss Guinness World Record Day

Nov. 13 marks the annual event where thousands of people from across the globe attempt to set new world records during an intense 24-hour period.

Once again, one of the most anticipated events is the competition of sport stacking. During the course of GWR Day 2014 stackers from around the globe will be doing their best to set new records.

If you’re not familiar with the sport, here’s a quick explanation:

Sport stacking, also known as cup stacking, is an individual and team sport that involves stacking plastic cups in specific sequences a quickly as possible. Participants compete against the clock or another player, building pyramids of three, six, or ten cups. For more on sport stacking, check out thewssa.com or speedstacks.com.
