Watch this video of a worker climbing to the top of a 1,768-foot-tall transmission tower. To reach the top, workers have to occasionally free climb, which means to climb without any sort of safety harness. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. Once at the top, workers can see 55 miles to the horizon.
By comparison, the tallest skyscraper in the United States, Chicago’s Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower), stands 1,451-feet tall.
I thought I was going to faint just watching that guy climbing 1,768 ft. high!!! 🙁
That is scary
Wow.
I think i might faint. hey guys tell me you how much you think he gets paid. ty
They get paid about 10,000 Dollars every time they CLIMB. Not once a month. EVERY TIME THEY CLIMB!!! If you climb every day you’d be rich. “Hey Mom, I know what I want to be when I grow up!”
i saw the video and i feel sorry for whoever has to climb that tower 🙁
