Twins invent wedgie-proof undies

Bullies everywhere beware — a new invention could make it difficult to strike fear into your classmates.

Twin brothers Jared and Justin Serovich, 8, appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show last Friday touting “Rip Away 1000,” a pair of wedgie-proof underpants they invented. Combining a pair of boxers with fabric fasteners to hold seams together, anyone wearing “Rip Away” can’t have their underwear pulled up into the painful wedgie.

The brothers, from Columbus, Ohio, came up with the idea while giving each other the treatment one day after school. The invention earned them a spot in a Central Ohio invention competition followed by the television appearance.

  2. Cool, all we need now is something so that if people try to make an insult at you that makes stop talking like if they look at. Or that’s what I need. Mabey, anyone else?

  3. atleast they of all people are addressing a seemingly funny, but rather seriouse issue. Best wishes
