After two months of tireless work, Jeff and Danny Haber finished their portrait of Abraham Lincoln — using only pennies.
Jeff, who lives with son Danny in New Rochelle, N.Y., has been collecting pennies for 30 years. The different ages of the coins create different stages of wear and tear. Using $24 worth of different shaded pennies, the father-son team positioned and glued them into a likeness of Abraham Lincoln.
The portrait will be donated to New Rochelle High School.

O.K., WAY too much time on their hands…
I’m a fan of the Lincoln cent. I collect them, and hope that they keep making them.
WHOAH! They glued together 30 years worth of collected pennies into a portrait of Abraham Lincoln! That cost 24 dollars!
