Aleksander Doba, 64, spent 99 days paddling across the Atlantic in a kayak. He began his journey Oct. 26 in the west African city of Dakar, Senegal. On Feb. 2, he finally reached Brazil.
The Polish adventurer had kayaked 3,320 miles in his 23-foot vessel. What’s he going to do now? After a short rest, he plans to paddle to the United States.
