Help Scouts In Need

Four Scouts were killed and many others injured when a tornado swept through Western Iowa’s Little Sioux Scout Ranch this week.

Many are looking for ways to help in light of this crisis, and the Boy Scouts of America offer an avenue to do just that.

  1. This is very sombering news to me… One good thing is that these people were Scouts. If they had been anything but, so many more would have died. These boys deserve the highest honor and respect.

  2. I don’t think they should receive “highest honors” but I do think the ones who helped apply their scout skills (first-aid) to others should be recognized. The BSA received major publicity because of this and shows that Boy Scouts live up to the motto: “Be Prepared.”
