This is very sombering news to me… One good thing is that these people were Scouts. If they had been anything but, so many more would have died. These boys deserve the highest honor and respect.
I don’t think they should receive “highest honors” but I do think the ones who helped apply their scout skills (first-aid) to others should be recognized. The BSA received major publicity because of this and shows that Boy Scouts live up to the motto: “Be Prepared.”
