Sure, it may be 100 years old, but the Kickapoo River bridge in Soldiers Grove, Wis. is up for sale at the reasonable price of $1.
Built in 1910, the bridge was once the passageway into the Soldiers Grove community. The wooden bridge received less and less use through the years as other avenues to the town opened. Made of wood, the bridge became rickety until the Department of Transportation recommended in 1976 that it be closed to traffic.
The Kickapoo River bridge has been used mostly as a fishing spot ever since.
Deemed structurally unsafe in 2002, city officials are hoping the buyer will agree to tear down the bridge and sell it for scrap.

How big is the bridge? If it’s like a small, “just crossing a stream” bridge”, I think there is a reason for it to be one dollar. They didn’t post any images of it so I don’t know much about it. Anyways, here’s the place to post your thoughts. I hope they are better.
thats really cheap. i would make it better instead of tearing it down 🙂
