Southern Lights

The Northern Lights, mostly visible in the northernmost regions of the world, creeped down South last night thanks to a massive “sun storm” over the weekend.

The storm, technically known as a coronal mass ejection, allowed residents of Southern cities such as Memphis, Oklahoma City and Atlanta to catch a rare glimpse of the phenomenon known as the Northern Lights.

See photos and read more about the storm and the brilliant light show here, here, here and here.
