Daredevil Alain Robert scaled the world’s tallest building this week. In a span of six hours, he climbed 2,717 feet to the top of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.
Robert has climbed the Empire State Building and more than 70 other skyscrapers, often without permission. Emmar Properties, owner of the Burj Khalifa, invited Robert to climb this building. To meet their conditions, he used a rope and harness. Robert has been known to free climb.
