Get creative this summer and enter the Space Shuttle Art Competition. How does it work? Submit original artwork that symbolizes the space shuttle program’s impact on our planet and people. Also, write a 250-word essay that explains your entry.
Three top entries from two age brackets (9-13 and 14-17) will be chosen. Winners will receive $1,000, a mentoring session with a graphic artist, a certificate of accomplishment and a spot for their entry to appear on USA Today’s website. The deadline to enter is Aug. 5. Click here to get started.
