A wildlife photographer in Kenya has captured some dramatic photographs of a baby lion being rescued by his mother.
The lion cub apparently fell partway down a ravine and couldn’t climb out. The frantic mother called several other lions over for help, but none were willing to risk their own lives to save the cub.
In the end, the mother lion did what she had to do, and both mom and son are currently living happily ever after.
