How To Make A Giant Dry Ice Bubble

Warning, do not attempt this without adult supervision. While there’s nothing dangerous about the experiment, the ingredients themselves can be a bit toxic.

Dry ice is cool. It can be used to preserve foods, carbonate beverages, make ice cream, remove warts,trap mosquitoes and, most importantly, perform epic science experiments.

We’ve posted a few fun dry ice experiments in the past, and we’ve got a new one to share. Making a giant dry ice bubble. This relatively simple experiment would be fun to try one weekend when you’re stuck in the house.

  • Glycerin
  • Distilled Water
  • A bowl
  • Dry Ice
  • Cloth

      Most cities have services that sell dry ice. While it’s not an overly expensive item, acquiring it can be a pain due to special handling and storage factors. If you have the chance, you and your parents can search for dry ice online and several place should come up.
