An overturned delivery truck let loose 14 million bees on an Idaho highway this week. The truck was traveling from California to North Dakota with a load of hive boxes and honey. Workers were stung as they tried to corral the bees and clean up the honey. Most of the mess is gone now, but some of the bees are still buzzing around the area.
Sounds like they could have used Thomas Mulzac, a teenage bee remover featured in our October 1977 issue. Click here to read all about it.
