Ejecting out of a fighter jet traveling at 600 miles per hour is no joke. So, to test its new ejection system, BAE Systems built a rocket sled and planted a dummy in the driver’s seat. The result: Some really cool video.
The tests took place at Chalgrove Airfield near Oxfordshire, England. The ejection seat worked perfectly.
