Do you have an idea for powering the world’s cities? Sixth, seventh and eighth grade students with ideas about alternate energy can enter the 19th annual Future City Competition. The competition calls for middle schoolers to work with teachers to “design a method of providing electricity for a future city using an energy source that does not deplete natural resources and has limited impact on the environment.”
Pre-registration is now open. The deadline to register is in late October. So, talk to your school or grab one of your teachers and get started today! Click here to enter.
Can home-schoolers do it
technicly this proect is impossible because inorder to build anything you would have to use something from the enviroment and if your think that chemicals dont deplete rescources weel where do we get the most of our chemicals
it is a balance of what it takes in over what it puts out. nothing will ever be perfect
I have a great idea, but I am a year to old to compete
