A huge rockfish weighing almost 60 pounds was donated to scientists after being caught by fishermen aboard a trawler in Alaska.
Scientists say the 44-inch fish is probably between 90 and 115 years old. They plan to take tissue samples and study the stomach’s contents to learn more about the species and its habitat.
